How training is different from a regular sissy call

A regular sissy call is a scene: we play, you melt, we hang up. Training has a memory. I write down where you are, what you struggled with, and what you promised to practice. Next call, I ask about it first. If you did your homework, you get rewarded. If you didn't, you'll hear about it.

That continuity is what my trainees come back for. It turns a fantasy into a habit, and a habit into a part of who you are when nobody is watching.

The levels of my sissy school

• Level one — the new girl. We choose your name, your colors and your first rules. You learn to answer me properly. Most girls stay here two or three calls.
• Level two — presentation. Posture, walking, sitting, a softer voice. You start practicing between calls and reporting back.
• Level three — service and manners. How a good girl asks, waits and says thank you. Obedience becomes the lesson.
• Level four — confidence. You stop apologizing for wanting this. I push you to say out loud the things you were scared to admit on the first call.
• Graduation — a reward of your choice. A long, slow call built entirely around you.

You can move fast or stay at one level for months. There's no test you can fail except lying to me about your homework.

Rules and homework between calls

Homework is the heart of training. It's small, private and safe — things you can do at home, on your own time. Examples:

• Wear one feminine item under your clothes on a day you choose.
• Practice your sissy voice for five minutes and record what you'd say to me.
• Write three sentences about why you want this, to read me at the start of the next call.
• Paint your toenails and keep them hidden all week.

I never give tasks that put your job, your relationship or your safety at risk. Being discreet is part of being a good girl.

Strict teacher or sweet teacher

Some trainees need a firm hand — a teacher who counts their mistakes and makes them repeat a line until it's perfect. Others need patience and a lot of "good girl". I can be either, and I'll usually find out which one you need in the first few minutes. If you want an edge of laughter in your training, I can add some light humiliation; if you want me fully in charge, my femdom side comes out.

Who I am as your trainer

I'm Puerto Rican, curvy and bilingual. I paid for my studies dancing, so I know about heels and posture. I managed hotels, so I know how to train people who are nervous on their first day. I flew as a flight attendant, so I know how to stay calm and sweet while being completely in control. And I have a master's in psychology — not to analyze you, but because I find people fascinating.

Put all of that together and you get a teacher who is patient, observant and very hard to fool.

A sample first lesson

On your first training call I'll ask for your new name, your favorite color and the one feminine thing you already own. Then we practice three things: how you answer me ("Yes, Miss Raquel"), how you sit, and one sentence in your softest voice. At the end you get your first homework and a day to report back. That's it — small, clear, and the start of something you'll want to keep doing.
